Payment & Security
You can pay for your goods online using a credit or debit card on our secure payment system operated by PayPal.
All transactions are shown in British Pound Sterling.

We would like you to feel as comfortable as possible when ordering and paying online. This is why all transactions on the bee-bee site use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information to and from our site. Payment is taken by the world-renowned PayPal online merchant system.
We have selected the PayPal payment system to ensure that you can order in a secure and reputable online environment. Your personal card details are handled solely by the PayPal servers and not stored after the transaction has been approved or declined by your Bank. You can verify when the secure mode is active by the security icon (a padlock or key icon) at the bottom right-hand-side corner of your browser or on the content window - depending on the type and version of the internet browser that you use.

or call us on +44 (0)20 7368 6675 with the item names, number of items, colours required and your phone number and delivery details. A bee-bee sales representative will contact you either by phone or email to ensure that your order is processed and delivered promptly .
Delivery
United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales):
- The charges for UK delivery are fixed at : £2.50
- Goods from stock are dispatched within 2 working days. UK orders are delivered 2 or 3 days from the dispatch date.
Europe (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Republic of Moldova, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City State, Yugoslavia):
- The charges for European delivery are fixed at £4
- Goods from stock are dispatched within 2 working days. European orders are delivered within 5-7 working days (depending on the location) from the dispatch date.
Rest of World (All countries that are not listed as either in the United Kingdom or Europe are subject to the 'Rest of the World' delivery charges):
- The charge for Rest of the World delivery is fixed at £6 per item.
- Goods from stock are dispatched within 2 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Typically, rest of the World orders are delivered within 5-7 working days (depending on the location) from the dispatch date.
Free postage for orders over £100.00
Late delivery
Although we will take all practicable steps to avoid and/or mitigate the effects to you of late delivery we will not be responsible for any loss caused. Late delivery does not affect your duty to pay us.
How to Return or Exchange
All items can be refunded within 14 days of placing the order for any reason. Goods must be returned as new.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title of the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Juste Fashion Limited will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Juste Fashion Limited in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this. We offer refunds on any clothes ordered online if returned unworn within 14 days of receipt. We would ask you to return the goods by registered post. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Please enclose the dispatch note that accompanied your order together with the items within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. When sending your return, please obtain a proof of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. You can choose to have an exchange or a full refund. Please note that Juste Fashion Limited will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty.
Availability. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

- Goods are subject to availability. Should we be unable to supply, we will contact you as soon as possible and ensure that no payment is taken for the goods (or any payment already taken is refunded in full).
- All prices on our website are exclusive of any applicable VAT.
- All images on this site are for illustration purposes only. We endeavour to show a true representation of the product on sale, however on occasion product designs, colour schemes or packaging can change. Please take note of product descriptions as well as images whilst choosing your products.
